Is there an impact to (1)? It seems like it would run up costs, but I don’t think that’s an issue for our account class.

Adding one of the workarounds in that GH issue seems reasonable to address 1. Then we can filter the canceled emails to stop the spam. I’m unsure if we’d ever care if a workflow was canceled hehe.
