<@UF63BUA3A> not sure if it's related to the recent PR, but `format_check` is failing on CI (<https://dev.azure.com/trailofbits/osquery/_build/results?buildId=883&amp;view=logs&amp;jobId=70c7356e-0f98-5371-69fa-6cc33513ad22>), while it passes for me locally on my mac.

I'm just making the last couple changes manually based on the output from CI.

errr this might not work though, because locally I get errors now. Local vs. CI seem to want different formatting.
