so go is definitely existing. This only happened as of v4.6.1

Hmmm, I don't think any relevant sections of the Makefile have changed recently. I wonder if there's some issue with the PATH being set properly?

@zwass it could have been something that happened after I apt upgrade packages, when I go on the box I tend to update/upgrade all the things while I'm on. i restarted the box and re-cloned the repo and seems it works now.
