One option is to add the Kolide certificate to the Windows certificate store as trusted.

This should be signed by a cert backed by a trusted CA. If that’s not the case, then I have some other issue in my packaging.

Based on the screenshot I wasn’t sure if your certificate was backed by a trusted root CA.
