I was able to get Fleet running. I moved Redis and MySQL onto the server. This is still just the testing phase. What's the easiest way to import query packs?

From my experience - It depends. If you already know your formatting of the packs (and underlying queries), push through either FleetCTL or the API of your Fleet Server. If you've not tested them to confirm their accuracy, I'd highly recommend testing each as new queries and then create the packs.
