I assume I've not configured something/misconfigured something but not entirely sure what would be the root cause - anyone seen this before?

Are you by chance running a quite old version of Fleet? This seems like a bug that I fixed a long time ago.

Thanks @zwass yep had found the bug report from way back and saw the version number
