i couldn't find documentation for additional flags, but i saw this: -targets linux-systemd-rpm,linux-systemd-deb Target platforms to build. Specified in the form platform-init-package can the targets be different? if so, what?

By default it builds packages for the OS it is running on. You can also specify

darwin-launchd-pkg

and

windows-service-msi

but both the macOS and Windows package builds need to be run on those OSes as it uses platform-specific package tools not on Linux
