What is
https://github.com/kolide/fleet/tree/master/examples/config-many-files
for? It looks like your example systemd bakes everything in and the server config option points to a file?

This is an example of the osquery configuration that you can apply with
fleetctl apply
. Separate from the server config which you can apply through env vars, flags or config file.
