@zwass Digging back into this... Ok, so I screwed up when I was working with @groob on it. I have multiple prod installs of Fleet, and I was looking at the wrong one when I answered him about the user. The install that is throwing the error has only ever had a single user. (A different instance has multiple disabled users, which is what I was thinking of)
