is there a way to set the file paths for FIM in kolide?

Please see https://github.com/kolide/fleet/blob/master/docs/api/README.md#file-integrity-monitoring... the short answer is that there's no UI support for FIM currently. The longer answer is that all of this configuration stuff is going to be easier when we get fleetctl out.
