one small thing I noticed when rolling the PoC. really minor, but your docker quickstart relies on docker-compose, which wasn't mentioned in the install docs

I explicitly called out docker-compose in the dependencies section of the quickstart README (https://github.com/kolide/kolide-quickstart#dependencies). Thanks!
