CMake. Something is up with the buck build + package, but not gunna investigate too much, rather I’m gunna try and get cpack working with Buck and document it

There’s some discussion about moving all the packaging into it’s own repo soon. So the build kicks out targz blobs, which the packaging ingests.

Yes, but, this would be copy-pasting the packaging from the repo. This should not block getting packaging working as it's a 'next step' after packaging is working.
