yeah but why stopping the service does not perform a clean exit ? 😕 seems odd to me. It seems that stopping osquery and the communication with the extension, causes the extension to kill itself.. is there a way to get a clean exit?

I saw this using osqueryi as well. Anyone have any insight into this issue since it has been a bit since op posted this question?
