7200 timeout on installing visual studio in the setup file 😄

Yep. Shit kept timing out in our original runs. We could probably remove that when we finally make the full migration to VS 2017

I have to tell you, i had less trouble building osquery on windows then I ever did on mac. nice job with the tooling 🙂
