There are folks who have had success with this, but thye built and signed their own MSIs

did anyone share the build process and publish it somewhere? Would love to hear what they did with signing, filters and SCCM roll out 🙂

I could be wrong, but I believe it was @cryps1s that was toying with this? Not sure if it was ever published or not.
