hi testing out the policy automations, trying to hit a http endpoint and i have not received anything at this yet. are there any things in the fleet config that might prevent them from triggering? i have the policies enabled, some hosts are failing, the http endpoint works. is there anything with fleetctl i could use to find an error?

running the newest version 4.24.1, set it up monday, what logs should i check?
