hello! curious if there is a reason why this happens sometimes? are there particular logs i should look at that might help find the issue? after awhile, it normally resolves itself

It looks like there may have been an issue with enrollment, The Fleet logs may have more information. Do you have access to those?

i will have to pull those, but i will take a look. would those be the status logs? @Kathy Satterlee
