^ signed packages are on S3, but the yum/apt repos are not advertising the new version, the PR for updating the website is in review and depending on the results of a few more days of testing we can land=>declare stable. I also do not see any reason not to declare 4.1.1 a more stable version compared to 4.0.2 🙂
