We’ve started talking about it in https://github.com/osquery/osquery/issues/6005 The intent is that once people have vetted it as stable, it is declared stable. Small bug fixes are expected, but no big work. At this point, I think 4.1.1 is looking stable, and it is likely to be declared as such when people build signed packages.
