I just dropped a comment on your GH issue, we had a problem with Windows a while back wherein the worker wasn't being respawned because we weren't performing child checks correctly, but we didn't have monitoring around this, and from what we could tell the deployment was still working, however I don't believe we were getting heartbeats from those boxes
