Is there anything else I can refer to, to safely deploy fleet inside GCP? 

for those interested the team just merged a PR that adds terraform to deploy Fleet on GCP. <https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/tree/main/tools/terraform/gcp> , this is pretty opinionated, but should be a good starting point for anyone experienced in GCP.
