Anyone know of an extension (or if there are plans to support natively) that can provide the equivalent of regqueryinfo? i.e., i am looking to read timestamp (which osquery returns) of registry keys as well as class values (which osquery does not).

Not sure, perhaps ask in #windows or create a GitHub issue, it might help to understand more about how to access class values programmatically and how that data would be useful for you and others.
