I'm not totally sure. I think we're waiting on the Shutdown logic PR and it sounds like that's super close. @Stefano Bonicatti and teddy are rounding the corners on it it, I believe. @Stefano Bonicatti and the rest of ToB seem to have a considerable amount of testing on it, but I think additional deployments testing this PR might be helpful, to ensure that we've got shutdown logic well ironed out.
