Hello! Is there a page comparing Open-Source vs. managed Kolide Fleet features?

There is no managed Fleet. Kolide makes a commercial SaaS product they call K2 and Fleet is an entirely separate (no longer Kolide) project over at github.com/fleetdm/fleet. Happy to chat more about Fleet over in #fleet
