Is there a way to see if configs are being pushed down to a host w/o fleetctl?

The osqueryd logs show when it checks for a new config, and I believe Fleet also logs when an endpoint pulls a new config (not 100% sure this is still true with 3.0.0)

I don't think Fleet has ever recorded a time for when a host checked in for configs specifically. It does maintain a last-seen time for any operation.
