Hi everybody, I have the same problem with result log file too. Everything is working fine through web interface and either through redis but there is no entry in result log file.

From your screenshots, looks like you are running distributed queries. These would not show up in the results log file. You have to add queries to a pack and schedule them to get them in the results file.
